We are looking for a dynamic hard working and passionate 2IC with experience to join our great team.

Role: Full Time - 2IC Role - Assistant Retail Manager

It involves the following tasks:
Provide support and assistance to team members within the pharmacy, to ensure outstanding customer service.

Continuously drive for increasing sales, through 'add-on' sales, and by providing input and ideas on how to continuously build sales.

Support catalogue and supplier promotions by planning, organising and implementing promotional activities to maximise sales in conjunction with the Retail Manager.

Ensure all stock is visually merchandised in a disciplined, customer friendly, clean and tidy manner

Assist with the overall stock control of the business, including receiving stock, marking off orders, invoicing, following up credits and stocktaking.

Make an ongoing effort to extend and increase our selling skills, product knowledge and customer care.

Delegate tasks to all staff on a daily basis to ensure all systems are in place and customer service is at a high level.

Implement policies and procedures to ensure adequate team management & staff compliance with the company policies and procedures.

Assist in overseeing that all advertised lines are well presented and have prominent positions in store

Work with the Retail Manager to set budgets for the store and implement strategies to achieve desired results.

Assist with coaching and mentoring staff to work at a high level

Ensure all staff are trained on products in store along with company policies and procedures..

Qualifications and Knowledge Required:
Sound understanding of Pharmacy/Retail operations.

Experience in leading a team

High level computer skills.

Point of Sale and dispense program knowledge

You will be an ideal member of our team if you strive for excellence, give 100% to all customers and have experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in Pharmacy or in a Retail Business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 - 37 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Caringbah NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Pharmacy: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
