**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Jacqui E Whitfords is looking for a Part-Time Store Manager to lead the team, achieve budgets and KPIs, and inspire success This role is perfect for an Assistant Store Manager ready to take the next step in their retail career.

This is a **Part Time (30-35 hours per week) **position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours and public holidays.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE**

A day in the life as Store Manager involves inspiring your team to meet sales targets while delivering personalized 1:1 service that delights our customers. You'll style outfits, build lasting relationships with shoppers, and create a welcoming environment. Behind the scenes, you'll coach and develop your team, manage stock to minimize loss, update visual merchandising, and ensure smooth operations by rostering effectively—all while making sure the store runs safely and efficiently.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- Proven ability to achieve sales and KPIs while controlling wage spend and stock loss targets
- Ability to connect with customers and deliver 1:1 customer service
- Experience in developing and coaching a team
- Previous leadership experience, ideally in a customer facing role
