**THE OPPORTUNITY.**
We are looking for creative cocktail bartenders for both full time and casual positions that want to work with great produce. We are offering great salary packages or hourly rates, share of tips, staff incentives and group-wide discounts and fun Our cocktail program is authored by Josh Reynolds (Dolphin Hotel, Shell House, Scout) marrying fun, approachability with refined balance.

A great drinks list for the budding bartender to develop cocktail and menu construction.

**THE VENUE.**
Topikós, meaning local, is the embodiment of modern Greek dining in Bondi.

Topikós boasts a menu that perfectly balances the best of contemporary Greek cuisine with Australian influence, produce and honest simplicity. Our menu features a substantial list of meze, encouraging sharing and group dining, a real vegetable section, a charcoal grill and wood fire oven for everything from deliciously fresh seafood and the very best homemade Pita this side of the Aegean.

The drinks program is a short, sharp list of 60 wines, with 20 by the glass, showcasing a proper mixture of Greek, Italian, French and local Australian winemakers. The drinks at Topikós celebrate the abundance of fresh ingredients that are found throughout the Mediterranean, we’ve got a drink for everyone.

**ABOUT YOU.**
- You have a proven ability to work as a part of a large team of staff, made up of section waiters, food runners and cocktail bartenders.
- Be willing to learn and up-skill under the tutelage of industry leaders
- You will have a passion for service with an extensive food and wine knowledge
- An ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and to be innovative in the fulfilment of these needs
- Previous experience of no less than 1 year in a similar position
- Ideally you have a detailed knowledge of the Sydney Bar & Restaurant scene and the expectations that come with this.
