The Role

This is a newly expanded and upgraded role to accelerate the participation and growth of our brands in the online shopping environment while also ensuring our branded portfolio retains a strong physical brand presence in the marketplace via strong product marketing within retail.

You will be responsible for managing a significant investment across physical brand activation, working closely with the e-Comm team to deliver a best-in-class omni-channel customer experience for the Bega Dairy & Drinks portfolio of iconic brands. We are seeking a head of retail media and marketing with people leader and senior marketing experience. You will initially be managing an established team of two, with the possibility of growing the team within the next year. This is a critical senior role within the Bega Group, where you will be a leading contributor to the overall growth of our much-loved Aussie products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the in-store product marketing of the portfolio across all categories, products, channels and geographical territories for the Dairy and Drinks business
- Ensure our core national brands have continuous activations in the marketplace
- Manage the retail media budget and relationship with retail media and agency providers
- Clearly define campaign objectives and ensure ROI through reporting and optimisation
- Optimise business pitches ensuring a more consistent and efficient approach
- Build high quality, insight led selling tools for the field team
- Support the development of the annual eCommerce marketing plan for key customers and platforms

About you
- Experience in using analytics for data-based decision making
- Experience delivering results through working in cross functional teams
- FMCG Marketing experience 10+ years (preferred)
- People leadership experience
- Retail media / trade marketing / shopper marketing experience
- Marketing Manager + level experience
