This is an exceptional opportunity to help build an already strong brand and commercialise this Registered Training Organisation (RTO) business in the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector.

This RTO is already a major player with a strong reputation: due to a recent M&A the business now has the appetite and backing to grow its presence and increase its return on investment. As such this opportunity offers challenge, career progression and bonuses in line with performance and growth.

**The role**:
This role is responsible to grow the business operations, establish a strategic plan and execute the plan through effective people leadership. This is a remit across Australia and New Zealand with collaboration with the global training operations in place.

**About You**:
You will possess experience in the RTO sector at the senior level with proven experience in growing market share. Your commercial acumen will be essential as will your honed people management / leadership skills and ability to bring people on the change journey required for this role.

**Requirements for the role include**:

- Experience at a senior level in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with excellent people leadership skills
- Proven sales / business development / market growth experience
- Strong financial, commercial acumen with proven ability to streamline and/or implement new processes and systems
- Self-motivated and target driven with the ability to take accountability for business decisions
- An understanding of the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders across ANZ and globally

**Responsibilities include**:

- Full P&L responsibility for the business
- Review and develop a strategic plan for growth
- Manage the business in a commercial way across all operational aspects
- Lead from the front with effective people leadership skills through a change and growth agenda
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders professionally
- Due to the remit of the role travel will be required as necessary
