**The Role**

We are looking for a compassionate and organised Duty Manager to join our residential rehab team, supporting individuals on their journey through mental health and addiction recovery. You’ll play a key role in ensuring clients have a seamless experience and are supported throughout their programs, coordinating day-today site needs, addressing client needs, and managing guest administration. Responsibilities include orienting new clients, managing guest admin, assisting with Psychoeducation facilitation. You’ll also provide vital support to the Program Manager and coordinate guest appointments alongside our scheduling team. If you have a certificate 4 in Mental Health and/or AOD, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for client care, we’d love to hear from you.
- Certificate 4 in Mental Health and/ or AOD
- Current CPR and First Aid
- Current Driver License
- Police Check
