**About the Position**

As with all support staff positions, this role is central to the operation of the College and supports student learning. All our support and operations staff have a firm commitment to their own professional learning. They support the values of the school and work together with the academic staff to ensure the highest educational standards.

**About You**

We have deliberately not provided set and narrow selection criteria. However, it would be expected that the
- MS Office suite proficient, a willingness to learn school systems (for example Clipboard) and experience using web environments to research, collect and analyse data.
- Possess exceptional communications skills both written and verbal, as well as excellent time management and administrative skills.
- Demonstrate ability to prioritise tasks, meet prescribed deadlines, and concurrently manage several competing work tasks.
- A solution-oriented person, with the demonstrated ability and desire to identify and bring about significant and continuous improvement in processes and systems.
- Demonstrate a passion for working as a member of a high-functioning team, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and an enduring commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment,
- Commit to the safeguarding and promotion of student welfare.
