Cafe Manager

Are you a passionate and experienced Café Manager with a love for coffee and a strong leadership drive? thecoffeeclub looking for a **Café Manager** to replace the owner for daily operations, and to keep our café running smoothly while growing with our dynamic team.

**What we need from you**:

- Ability to **work quickly** in a fast-paced environment while leading by example
- Willingness to **get your hands dirty** and work side-by-side with the team—no task is too small
- **Staff management** experience, including managing kitchen staff and front-of-house team
- Great **customer service skills** with a positive attitude
- **Social Media Savvy**—experience with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to boost engagement
- Must be adaptable and open to tweaking the current setup for improvement, though the basic operation is well-established

Pay: $135,000.00 per year
