**Position Descriptor**:
The Tailored Learning Teacher at Hallett Cove School is responsible for the planning, delivery and assessment of the curriculum for all tailored learning students. There are 25 students in the cohort who are on individualised programs based on their level of completion of compulsory SACE topics. The role is supported by an SSO2 Youth Worker and an SSO1 Curriculum Support Worker.
