**About the role**

Take on the opportunity to manage and lead our paint/ panel team, you’ll be in charge of planning and organising the work orders and ensuring the efficiency and quality are at the highest level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with everyone else in the production team to ensure vehicles move through processes seamlessly
- Coordinate efforts with our paint shop team to meet all targets and provide support with the preparation of vehicles for spray painters or fitting and cleaning car
- Ensure that final work is completed with the highest quality and provide feedback to painters, fitters and panel beaters as required
- Support the team on the floor, update staff timesheets and keep track of all the onsite inventory
- Making sure that each team member is completing the workload in a timely manner

**About You**
- Experience; had worked in a paint/panel shop environment previously, ideally as a foreman, supervisor or lead spray painter
- Qualifications; full Australian Driver's Licence is required
- Innovative; always looking to improve processes and increase their efficiency
- Tech savvy; have had experience working with a Dealer Management System (DMS) and comfortable with learning new systems
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Attention to detail; have the ability to multitask and problem-solve in a busy work environment

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
