**The opportunity**

Thrive Kids Shoal Bay team is seeking an experienced OOSH Supervisor to join them in supporting the parents (our big humans) and our local little humans across the community in their Outside of School Hours education.

As OOSH Supervisor, you’ll be providing support to our OOSH Educators, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained. You’ll lead the development and implementation of educational programs and guide other educators in their planning and reflection.

**_ This is a permanent opportunity and your core days/hours are as follow 32 hours per week, working 7am to 9am and 2:30pm - 6:00pm each day as well as access to office hours._**

**_ You will be required to work split shifts during school terms and consolidated shifts during vacation care and pupil free days._**
- **Base Hourly Range**: $35.64 - $41.89 per hour + 11.5% superannuation + $1,982 retention allowance
- **You will be working from** Thrive Kids Shoal Bay Service

- Effectively overseeing, supervising and managing the daily operation of our service
- understanding the needs of the children, families and staff
- maintaining the required administrative records and ensuring service compliance with both the regulatory standards and policies and procedures of our service
- have adequate knowledge and understanding of the provision of education and care to children

- Certificate in Childcare Studies or equivalent
- experience working in Children Services - ideally OOSH
- demonstrated knowledge and understanding of relevant Acts and Regulations
- ability to engage in healthy and positive relationships with school-aged children with a creative mind
- able to demonstrate a genuine passion of working with children or caring for children
