**Duties and Responsibilities**

Supporting your Gaming Leadership Team with day-to-day operational requirements, your main responsibilities will include
- Join a motivated team of gaming staff, as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences.
- Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
- Create and nurture a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
- Utilising problem-solving opportunities to foster a positive working environment
- Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours.
- Possess a current/valid RSA, RCG and ARCG (or a willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience is preferred but not a mandatory requirement.
