**Experienced Landscaper Wanted**

We’re seeking a dedicated Landscaper to join our team

As Site Supervisor, you'll lead projects, ensure quality, mentor apprentices, and contribute to timely and budget-friendly completions.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage projects, ensuring high standards and respectful treatment of staff.
- Mentor apprentices for team growth.
- Construct projects efficiently within budget.
- Benefit from additional labour and admin support.
- Keep clients informed and satisfied throughout projects.

**Skills you possess**:

- All aspects of Hardscape construction
- Landscape design principles
- Softscape techniques and maintenance
- Plant knowledge
- Environmental awareness and analysis
- Problem solving skills
- Industry regulation knowledge

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience; exceptional 3rd-year apprentices considered.
- Proficient in hardscaping (retaining walls, block laying, decks, concreting) and softscaping.
- Collaborative mindset for project design and execution.Enthusiasm for landscaping
- **Must have a car and drivers licence (Ute and tools highly advantageous)**:

**About the Company**:
We're a small, growing team specialising in residential landscaping, from small renovations to full builds. We complete all our own 3D designs in house.

We are currently a team of 2 (the owner and a 1st year apprentice) and we are looking to expand with a skilled landscaper and employ another apprentice down the track.

We are a long term thinking company looking to keep all services and training inhouse and create a small highly efficient team that is productive, safe and profitable, so we can invest in more equipment and afford to pay our staff great wages.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour
