Bond Cleaning/general Supervisor Wanted

Brisbane, Australia Morning Maids Full time

Looking for a Bond cleaning/General supervisor.

You will be required to work alongside your staff members aswell as mentor them and guide them in the most efficient ways of cleaning to minimise time outlay with maximum results.

You will have access to the company van and equipment but be responsible for your own products and fuel. (Initial products will be supplied to you)

The van will be for work purposes only.

Your responsibilities will include answering the phone and responding to enquiries. Staff management and allocation. Hiring and firing. And new job and staff acquirement. All after probation.

You will be trained by the owner who will oversea operations for the majority of the time in the initial stages until you settle into the role.

You may be required to be versatile and work some nights, commercials, domestics and bonds. Your roster will be managed by the owner in the first instance.

You must be hard working, willing to take on any task and be a team player.

You need a police clearance or willing to obtain and public liability insurance.

- Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

- Australia (required)
