**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking a qualified and energetic **Warehouse Manager** to join our fast-paced environment in our Melbourne warehouse. Reporting to the General Manager, the primary function of the role is to manage daily warehouse operations; to achieve effective, efficient delivery of high-quality stock, in full, on time and to implement warehouse + logistics best practices.

**Key Role responsibilities include**:Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Delivery, distribution and return of stock (IFOT).
- To maintain stock quality to the highest level.
- Ensure high level stock accuracy completion of weekly cyclic and annual stocktakes.
- To maintain and maximise the warehouse facilities so it is operating at optimum utilisation.
- The scheduling and management of all site vehicles.
- Daily financial management and scheduling of labour and warehouse costs.
- Maintain, develop, train, counsel a willing team of like-minded people to success.
- Develop and foster strong relationships with internally key sales and operations stakeholders.

**The successful applicant has**:

- Previous Warehouse Leadership & Management experience including labour, stock allocation/control and logistics.
- Professional qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of warehousing/distribution processes and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and stock management system.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills over minimum 5-year period.
- Thorough understanding and commitment to Occupational Health & Safety.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Forklift and Drivers licences. MR licence an advantage
- Understanding of a 7-day week environment that business events demand.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
