Marketing and Social Media Assistant

We are looking for a FULL-TIME (PART-TIME OPTIONS available) Perth-based Marketing/ Social Media Assistant to help us share the benefits and story of our wellness brands with the world. If you love wellness, nature, and storytelling — and you’re confident on camera — we want to hear from you.

You’ll be our brand face on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, creating short-form videos and posts that inspire mindful living and showcase our wellness products.

Option for Part-time | Flexible hours (salary shown is based on Full-Time role) - Part-time 16-20 hours (2-3 days work)

**Qualifications**
- Content Creation & On-Camera Presence

Proven experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts

Comfortable speaking on camera with warmth, clarity, and authenticity

Strong visual storytelling instincts—understands pacing, mood, and sensory detail

Basic video editing skills

Experience with natural lighting, framing, and capturing texture-rich visuals

**Social Media & Engagement**

Familiarity with social media content creation, trends, and platform algorithms

Ability to write engaging captions and use hashtags strategically

Experience building or engaging with online communities

Bonus: Experience hosting Lives or responding to comments in brand voice

**Creative Collaboration**

Ability to co-develop content calendars and brainstorm campaign and marketing ideas

Comfortable receiving creative direction and adapting to brand guidelines

**Responsibilities**

Be the on-camera personality for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook Reels and Stories

Create and edit short-form content showcasing rituals, recipes, and lifestyle moments

Collaborate with our executive team on campaign concepts, marketing and seasonal content

Engage with followers through comments, lives, and occasional Q&As

**Requirements**:
Confident on camera with a warm, authentic and grounded presence

Passion for wellness, nature, and mindful living

Experience creating content for TikTok or Meta Ads

Basic video editing skills

Must be based in Perth, Western Australia and available for in-person meet ups

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
