Library Manager

Dalby Christian College is a co-educational, Prep - Year 12 Christian School with secondary boarding and an Early Learning Centre. The College was established in 1981 and teaches from a Biblical Christian Worldview with the purpose of equipping young people of character and purpose in Christ.

Dalby Christian College emphasises excellence and growth in Christian character with a vision of providing a Christian education that is founded on Biblically based beliefs, values, and behaviour. An expression of a personal Christian faith, regular church attendance and a commitment to the ethos of Christian Education is essential.

Dalby Christian College is seeking a Library Manager in a full time, term time position to commence in Term 3, 2025. The successful applicant will:

- Be highly motivated and well-organised, capable of developing efficient library services and engaging programs.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the educational role of the library within a Christian learning environment.
- Creatively contribute to a rich, stimulating, and supportive learning atmosphere.
- Be able to manage day-to-day operations and resources of the library in alignment with the approved budget.
- Work collaboratively and respectfully within a team environment.
- Model Christian values and uphold the ethos of the College in all professional responsibilities.
- Hold or are eligible to hold a valid Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
