**The Role**:
The Street Furniture Cleaning Operative role involves cleaning and maintaining the QMS suite of street furniture in the City of Sydney LGA.

**What you will be able to do**:

- Observe and adhere to the safe working practices, protect your own and others’ health and safety.
- Observe and adhere to the QMS management system - environmental and quality policies and procedures.
- Actively participate in the safe working culture of the Field Service Team, ensure all hazards, incidents, near misses are reported in accordance with company procedures.
- Cleaning of all assets as assigned by supervisors and management.
- The removal of graffiti, stickers and any unauthorised bill posting
- Participate in training as per the maintenance manual, SWMS and SWP’s.
- Assist in development and planning of preventive maintenance for Street Furniture.
- Carry out minor repairs as per training.
- Provide inputs as required for weekly/monthly reports for maintenance works.
- Accurately record all relevant information and activities on the provided platform via mobility software.

**What are we looking for?**

Ideally you will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Full NSW “C” class driving license
- Experience in similar role (desirable)
- Experience in working outdoors (desirable)
- Competent level of literacy and numeracy
- Primary focus on WHSEQ factors
- Physically fit to perform the tasks required by the role
- Comfortable with using technology/mobility reporting software
- Proactive, dedicated, and enthusiastic to all tasks set
