**Job Title: Innovation Project Coordinator**

We are seeking a dynamic Innovation Project Coordinator to contribute to our growth by securing

grants, managing project milestones, identifying funding opportunities, and translating innovative

ideas into actionable plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Management _
- Monitor and report project milestones related to grant-funded projects as per the

program agreements.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, coordinating with internal teams for successful

project completion as per the project milestones and program agreement.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across diverse teams working on grant
- funded projects.
- Where applicable, assist with the delivery of project milestones.
- Grant Applications _
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical and financial information for
- Ensure adherence to grant criteria, guidelines and deadlines as per the specific program

funding.
- Reporting _
- Prepare detailed progress reports on grant-funded projects.
- Prepare other reports as required about DIT AgTech research and development projects.
- Analyze data for reporting purposes, showcasing achievements and addressing challenges

in a clear and concise manner.
- Funding Development _
- Identify and research potential funding opportunities both within Australia and globally,

considering international markets and emerging trends in agtech and climate tech.
- Assist the innovations lead to cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and

prospective funding partners, both domestically and internationally.
- Assist the innovations lead to collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for

diversifying funding sources, supporting the company’s international expansion goals.

- Budget Management _
- Work closely with the finance team to develop and monitor project budgets for grant
- funded activities related to all areas of innovation within the company, including livestock
supplementation, emissions reduction, and horticulture.
- Ensure efficient utilization of grant funds in alignment with budgetary guidelines as per

the funding agreement.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, International

Business).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical

information in a clear and compelling manner is essential.

- Strong project management skills, particularly in the context of agricultural related

projects.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting related to agricultural related projects.
- Experience in international markets and business development is highly desirable but not

essential.
