We are currently seeking an innovative and enthusiastic **Therapy Assistant** with highly developed interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence, to join our team at **Hamersley Aged Care Home, Subiaco.**

In this role, you will assist the Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists by undertaking a variety of both group and individual interventions as per our consumers individualised care plans. This role is a **permanent part-time position.**

**To be successful in this position you will possess the following**:

- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health desirable
- Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy student
- Ability to work as a team player with strong communication skills
- Compassionate, dedicated and caring nature with the ability to build strong rapport with consumers
- Competent computer and documentation skills
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have received this year’s influenza vaccination
- Full Australian working rights
