We are currently seeking an innovative and enthusiastic **Therapy Assistant** with highly developed interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence, to join our team at **Hamersley Aged Care Home, Subiaco.** In this role, you will assist the Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists by undertaking a variety of both group and individual interventions as per our consumers individualised care plans.
