Established in 1901, Dr. Martens was recognised originally as a sturdy, durable work boot before being transformed in the 1960's, into an iconic fashion statement, synonymous with festival culture. The past six decades that have witnessed the brand's adoption by a diverse range of tribes, celebrities, musicians and free-thinking individuals - each subverting and twisting the boots and shoes to their own personal needs, attitudes and identity. Accent Group Limited acquired the distribution rights for Dr. Martens in 1988 and opened the first Australian retail store in Sydney in 2018. Now with five stores across Australia & New Zealand, Dr. Martens are continuing to grow and dominate the Australian market.

**About us**:

**The role**:
Duties include ensuring the store is appropriately stocked with merchandise, assisting customers as needed and performing transactions. As well as maintaining safety and sanitary standards of shop floor.

- A commitment to provide exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experience
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- The ability to work well within a fast paced and energetic team environment
- Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
- Full availability on late night trade and weekends
- Demonstrated customer service experience (Retail, hospitality, supermarket retail)
