**About this opportunity**

Home Instead is seeking an enthusiastic Approved Service Provider Coordinator to join our Client Excellence team in a full-time role based at our Brisbane Inner North & West office.

The ASP Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end ASP process and providing timely and efficient administrative support relating to Client care management

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilities and manager the NetSuite ASP Purchase Order module to ensure accurate and compliant data is being provisioned.
- Lisae with ASPs to ensure contracts are up to date
- Create and provide purchase orders/referral to ASPs
- Schedule client review visits for care managers
- Complete all admin tasks required within the Client Experience team including diary management, preparing care consultation and updating the CRM.

**About you**
- NetSuite experience will be highly beneficial
- Have previous experience in a high-volume administration role
- Have strong skills in communication, problem solving & time management
- Be flexible, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure to think on your feet with shifting priorities in an ever-changing environment.
