We are searching for a knowledgeable and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join an exceeding early childhood educational service.

The role will be in our 2-3-year-old toddler room of up to 16 children. There are four other passionate Educators, so you will always be above the ratio.
This role would suit someone who has the experience and a solid understanding of what a high-quality early childhood education experience may look like.
Our client takes great pride in being able to offer families an excellent educational experience confidently. The programming addresses key learning areas, including social skills, language, numeracy, investigation, creative pursuits, fine and gross motor skills, sensory experiences, cultural experiences and the environment.
The outdoor environments provide the perfect platform for developing a stronger understanding of the environment and sustainability. There are sensory gardens, mud kitchens, herb and vegetable gardens, natural materials and magical play spaces.
To further enrich the children's learning experience and to help children to understand the importance of community, the service actively engages with the local community - from excursions, incursions and participating in community events
About you
Significant experience in a long daycare or kindergarten environment, ideally working in an exceeding service
A fun, positive and passionate attitude
A diploma (as approved by ACECQA)
You have appreciation or experience working with the Reggio style
Excellent communication skills - verbal, non-verbal and written
Current First Aid, WWCC, Food Safety and Mandatory Reporting
Sound knowledge of relevant Early Learning Frameworks
