Groundswell Gardens have been a leader in the horticulture & landscaping industry for almost 30

years, servicing the beautiful gardens in the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Under new owners, we are currently investing in new equipment and systems to take our business to the next level - we are looking for qualified and experienced senior gardeners excited to grow with us and help us make this transition.

We provide premium garden care, garden restoration, hedging, and landscaping services to our valued customers. Our team of gardeners and landscapers is focused on delivering the highest quality gardening services to our loyal customers.

Our depot is conveniently located in Malvern East, next to Holmesglen train station.

**About the role**
- As an apprentice gardener, you will work in teams of two to four, under the supervision of our highly experienced and qualified senior gardeners.
- You will be mentored and trained by our senior Horticulturists, who rotate between our apprentice gardeners so you gain a broad set of experience.
- Evenings and weekends free. Our typical working hours are between 7 am and 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
- You will be able to fully focus on delivering a quality service to our customers - our full-time office support team will provide you with a clear scope of work, scheduling, customer communication, material supplies, and all other administrative help needed.

**About you**
- Currently enrolled or planning to enroll in Certificate 3: Parks and Gardens apprenticeship program.
- Excited to learn from our team of experienced Horticulturists.
- Able to perform physical work daily, including using a full range of gardening tools.
- Value attention to detail and working in teams
- A current valid Australian driver's license (not required, but helpful).
