**Description**:

We are looking for another ingredient to add to our mix Working closely with the Head of Sales, our Sales Support Officer will provide essential administrative support ensuring seamless coordination between all stakeholders. The role requires someone with strong administrative skills and a can-do attitude as the Sales Support Officer is integral to the success of our sales team supporting across all retail and Out of Home customers.
**Some duties this role will cover include**:

- Data analysis and entry - analysis of sales data to help enhance sales strategies
- Systems Management - oversee and manage customer portals ensuring all information is accurate and updated
- Excel Proficiency - creation of various spreadsheets, reports and visual data to support sales activities
- Claim & Deductions - mange the claim validation process against trade spend
- Promotional loading into customer portals when required.

Some specifics that we’d also like for you to bring to this opportunity include:

- Proven experience in a sales support, admin or similar role
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and MS office, with exceptional Excel skills
- Organised, highly motivated, very strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
