The main focus of this role is to manage and develop key accounts as assigned by the Manager, National Key Accounts. Manage & build relationships, account development and contribute to the overall profitability of DSV.

**Job tasks & responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Develop new business opportunities
- Conduct customer visits
- Engage with the Manager and other DSV people to improve awareness of DSV’s ‘value adds’
- Liaise with the Branch and National Management, ensuring a consistent business approach
- Maintain high levels of activity and customer focus
- Pro-actively contribute to the improvement of business offerings.

**Skills & experience**:

- Minimum 3-4 years' experience as a Key Account Manager or Business Development Manager
- Experience within international freight forwarding industry
