Are you passionate about engaging with people and promoting great products? Club Demonstration Services (CDS), the in-house product demonstration company for Costco, is looking for enthusiastic **Casual Sales Advisors** to join our dynamic team in **Adelaide**. As part of the **Advantage Solutions** group, we connect with members daily, creating memorable experiences and boosting brand awareness.

**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable **Casual Sales Advisors (Product Demonstrators)** to join our team at **Costco Kilburn**. In this customer-facing role, you’ll bring products to life through demonstrations, sampling, and engaging conversations that help customers make confident purchasing decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-store demonstrations and product sampling
- Provide members with information and helpful tips about products
- Display and explain product features and benefits
- Engage with customers to generate excitement and drive sales
- Set up and pack down demonstration stations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and food-compliant demonstration area
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or event marketing is highly regarded but not essential
- Confident working in hot or cold environments (e.g. warehouse setting)
- Basic kitchen equipment skills (e.g. microwave, oven, skillet)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Comfortable standing for long periods (up to 6 hours)
- Able to work a rotating roster between **10am - 5pm**, including **weekends**:

- RSA and/or barista certification is a bonus

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.06 - $32.07 per hour

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
