Our Glengarry campus, is an extended stay and outdoor experiential education campus, located in the pristine Kangaroo Valley, two hours south west of Sydney. It provides a distinctive learning environment in which Year 9 boys discover the tools they need to grow into fine young men.

Glengarry's residential program is a unique, expansive experience that accelerates boys; social development and it is renowned as a rite of passage into manhood.

**About the Role**:
Meals and accomodation are included each day as is access to College facilities such as the gym.

The role supports the Scots culture and assists with the day-to-day running of the Adventure Academy Program. The main focus is assiting the students with their residential duties. It will be an exciting 10 weeks where the successful applicant will be involved with students and all the activities which the program offers such as canoeing, trips to the snow, horse riding etc. Part of the role is accompanying the students on the train to and from Sydney for two of the weekends.

**Desirable criteria to be considered**:

- Completed Duty of Care book 1 or willingness to complete within the first 2 months
- An active interest in outdoor education activities and experiential learning

- Conflict resolution, confidentiality and sensitivity
- Professional and personal integrity
- A good team member who is capable of collaborative work
- Flexibility and openness to change
- Energetic, enthusiastic, dynamic with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Interest in the Boarding, outdoor & academic aspects of the Glengarry Program
- A current drivers licence
