**About the Role**:
We are looking to speak with Supervisors with high-rise Commercial experience for our iconic Waterfront project. As Supervisor you will coordinate on-site teams to deliver relevant scopes of work in accordance with project plans and specifications, to achieve effective performance in accordance with detailed short term programs and schedules within the designated time and budget.
**Responsibilities of the role include;**:
- Contribute to the development of work methods and rolling short term construction programs and plan daily/weekly production work
- Complete progress reporting, and activities, reports for shift handovers and consistent regular reporting to the Superintendent or Project Manager
- Read and understand plans, review design documentation, read drawings, and provide constructive review and implementing of final designs
- Identify and mitigate risks prior to works commencing, communicate with and engage relevant stakeholders to control risk and contribute to build a risk management culture
**What we are looking for;**:
- Trade qualification or equivalent
- Significant experience in a Supervisor or Leading Hand role with a Tier 1 company on high-rise Commercial projects
- Skill in review of design documents, ability to understand drawings, provide constructability review and implement final design plans
- People and Performance Management of subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour
