**As an Front of House Manager, your main areas of responsibility and accountability include;**
- **Assisting with Management of Operations** such as restaurant opening and closing, accurately completing stock takes, monitoring & ordering as per company standards, ensuring restaurant cleanliness and organization is of the highest standard.
- **Management and Training of Staff **including hiring of staff, promotions & development, identifying strengths & weaknesses and actioning accordingly.
- **Assisting with Management of the Restaurant’s Administration** such as staff rosters, maintaining in-store personnel files, ensuring all checklists are completed, managed, evolved and documented accordingly.
- **Assisting the Restaurant Manager with other duties as directed**

**What we are looking for**:

- 1+ years of proven management experience
- Experience in stock management
- Advanced communication skills and a positive attitude
- Effective time management and productivity qualities
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Display excellent personal hygiene, presentation and grooming standards
- Understanding of modern award framework and national employment standards
- A current RSA Certificate

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hawthorn, VIC 3122: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)

- Australia (required)
