Manufacturing Hours: Monday - Friday 7.00am - 3.06pm (7.6 Hours)

**About the role**

Crusader Caravans is seeking the services of a picker/packer who has a variety of tasks to complete in a Warehouse Environment. need to be physically fit, able to pick off a manual picking slip, with attention to detail critical, stand for an extended period, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They also must be reliable and punctual with their start and end times.

Proven work experience as a Packer or similar role, the Ability to follow verbal and written instructions is critical to success in this role, communication skills, and desire to work with other team members are critical and important. A forklift license is preferred, and experience using a counterbalance forklift.

**Skills and experience**

The Warehouse staff member will need to possess the following skill base in order to be successful in this role:

- Minimum 5 years experience working in a Pick/Pack environment
- Ability to use RF scanning units
- Ability to Pick and Pack orders off a manual Picking Slip
- Ability to pick, pack and stage orders
- Operate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Organisational Skills
- Ability to adapt and use the Pronto computer system
- The Warehouse Order Picker must have a forklift license
- Experienced in operating a Reach Forklift
- Able to stand for long periods of time, and be able to bend & reach overhead
- Ability to multitask
- Operate under pressure in a calm and processed manner
- Strong attention to Detail
- Ability to work with other internal department members
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Mentor and train other team members
- Able to Operational in line with business Occupational Health & safety guidelines
- Adhere to all day-to-day Warehouse Operational Processes & Procedures.

**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Picks and packs daily Production Orders
- Meets Daily Pick rate in a timely, safe & structured manner
- Picks Orders in line with Warehouse Order Picking Process
- Ability to communicate errors to relevant parties
- Monitors Product Quality, reporting and actioning any Product related Issues
- Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e. Reach forklift, counterbalance forklift, pallet jacks, pallet wrapping)
- Report any mechanical issues
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Performs other duties assigned
- Perform all day-to-day tasks in line with Crusader Occupational Health and Safety Protocol.
- Committed to safety practices and experienced in forklift operation.
- Punctual and Hardworking.
- Ability to understand, support and assist the functions of each department, as they often work through the Warehouse & perform work for other departments within the business.
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the work environment.

**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 3 years (preferred)
- 5S: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (required)
- Full Driver Licence (required)
