We are looking for a Full Time Retail Assistant for our Erindale Swimart store.

Join a supportive team and receive full training on our products and services.

The Role:
As Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering customer service to pool builders, retailers, and service technicians.
- Water Testing (full training provided)
- Responding to customer inquiries/trade questions (full training provided)
- Booking jobs for our technicians.
- Answering phones and providing information about our product and service
- Keeping the store clean and tidy.
- Assist with in-store promotions
- Processing of stock for sale

About you:

- Be motivated and hardworking.
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Able to provide exceptional customer service
- Have good communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality

Swimart, Australia's Pool and Spa Specialist is proudly Australian-owned and the franchisor for over 70 stores operating nationally across Australia and New Zealand.

**Salary**: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Weekend availability
