Wait Staff

The First Drop Cafe is looking for experienced wait staff with great communication, interpersonal skills and vibrant personality to join the team.

Celebrating our 20th Anniversary at Redfern, we are proud to officially announce the opening of ‘First Drop Marrickville’ in mid April.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Looking for experienced waitstaff to join our team.
- MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS both SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.
- Opening shifts starting at 6:45am.
- Must hold current RSA certificate
- We are looking for waitstaff with minimum year experience and some barista knowledge (not a must)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is an advantage
- With friendly and courteous attitude, good communication skills
- Delivering exceptional customer service and perform do-attitude at all times.
- Using POS and cash handling
- Willing to assist teammates and therefore being a team player.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Redfern, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
