**About the team**
With over 2500 retail locations around the country, our property team looks after one of the most dynamic portfolios in Australia. Working with teams across the business, we provide a range of services from site acquisition, leasing, and renewals, through to development, construction, and asset management. We’re growing too, so it’s a great time to jump on board and build your career.

**About the role**
This role will see you deliver retail, industrial and commercial projects with a focus on freehold development projects and leasehold industrial/commercial projects. You will work closely with the State Development Manager, and you will manage the end-to-end process from acquiring a site to planning approvals through to divestment of varied properties.

Other ways you can make an impact include:

- Manage documentation for tender and construction
- Partner with varied internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate pre-construction due diligence team activities
- Liaise with state leasing operatives to ensure concurrent submission of proposals and business support
- Monitor performance of projects to ensure time cost and quality are managed

You will also be able to demonstrate:

- Proven property related experience with a focus in development
- Strategic and lateral thinking to solve problems, identify solutions and make appropriate recommendations
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management software
- Sound financial acumen and cost plan management skills
- Exposure to and use of Estate Master beneficial
- Previous working knowledge of property and property related terms
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with key customers and external parties
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Developed organisational and planning skills
