**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our busy team at Honda Warwick Farm.

**You will perform the following duties**:

- Review completed repair order
- Process customer payments
- Ensure all daily transaction paperwork is completed including repair orders
- Generate and monitor daily run sheets
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships including delivering on promises
- Quote repair jobs and liaise with both the customer and our workshop technician’s
- Arrange and own the service loan vehicle process for customers
- Coordinate service bookings
- Ensure the service centre & parts display areas are presentable at all time
- Knowledge of the auto industry and the aftersales workshop environment
- Experience in a fast paced, customer service and sales environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A full drivers licence and sound driving record
- Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships.
