Perth, Australia Advanced Protection Plus Full time

We have several positions on offer for professional, reliable and experienced Security officers to take on work across the Perth Metropolitan area for several contracts we have with the WA Government.

Casual hours are on offer for several sites. Hours will range up to approximately 25 per week.

Due to the nature of this work with the Government, we are only looking to recruit guards who are well presented, have excellent communications skills and are reliable. You must also have the following:

- Hold a valid WA Security Licence and Cert II in Security Operations
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Security Officer
- Must be flexible to work across all days of the week
- Valid working rights to work in Australia
- First Aid and CPR Certificate

**You must also be able to demonstrate**:

- Customer Service skills at the highest standard
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- a proven track record of being able to liaise with various stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills
- you can de-escalate situations efficiently
- Ability to manage high pressure situations
- staying calm under pressure and leading by example
- A positive attitude, motivated, and a sharp mindset

Pay: $32.77 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
