**About the Opportunity**

Due to accelerated growth and new upcoming projects, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Representative Aftersales to join our **Sydney** based team.

You will be the first point of contact for our company, trusted to be the integral link for supporting globally renowned major accounts and valued customers within the Sydney region. If you consider yourself to be a personable professional with a real passion for providing genuine Aftersales Customer Service within Service and Parts sales streams then this is the perfect role for you

**About you - if you consider yourself to have the following, then we want to hear from you**
- Safety Commitment - Proactive awareness and total commitment to Hitachi’s number one priority - always exercising a high standard of precaution and duty of care to yourself and for others around you
- Demonstrated service sales experience - previous employment in the Mining, Construction, Earthmoving or Heavy Truck industry will be advantageous
- Brand Ambassador - Personally connected to promoting Hitachi’s service and parts components to deliver Total Customer Satisfaction and ensuring a high degree of service and support is maintained
- Leadership - Positively enabling the partnership by actively chasing improvement opportunities and timely resolution of queries
- Self-motivated and the ability to work autonomously and a current driver's license
