**About the role**

As a Growth Intern at Eucalyptus you'll have the chance to create work that makes a difference - all of our brands have an immensely positive impact on our customers’ health & confidence. You'll have the opportunity to help define how our brands live digitally, working closely with our diverse and talented growth team to make memorable, engaging experiences. Learning from a wide array of growth functions how to bring a product to market and scale it up, efficiently. Such as SEO/content, marketing and landing pages. Key Skills:

- Understanding of fundamental SEO principles
- Experience or knowledge with building and maintaining websites
- Understanding of UX, CRO principles & digital marketing channels

**What you'll be responsible for**
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration **Work with various teams in the organization to achieve a project or goal, including customer journey and customer insights
- **Experimentation **Design and conduct experiments within a set budget to test hypotheses and evaluate findings for optimization of growth tactics
- **Research and Insight Development **Develop deep market and customer insights to guide strategy and activities

- **Decision Making **Considers the costs and benefits of potential actions and determines the most appropriate one
- **Learning agility** Identifies and applies strategies to enhance reception, retention and use of newly acquired information, skills, and abilities

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
