**About the Role**:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking an experienced Food Services Manager to join the motivated team within our Food Services Department.

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.

As the Food Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food services department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and nutritious meals to our patients, staff and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

- managing and leading a team of dedicated food services staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- developing and implementing efficient systems and processes to ensure smooth operations and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- collaborating with clinical staff and dietitians to design and deliver nutritionally balanced menus that cater to diverse dietary requirements
- monitoring and controlling costs, inventory and budgets to ensure efficient resource utilisation
- ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
