Your New Role
The roster for our Customer Care Team Members will run either from Tuesday to Saturday, or Sunday to Thursday, OR, a cycle including one weekend on and one weekend off.
If you are looking for Part Time work, please also feel free to apply You will need to be available Friday-Monday for Part Time hours.
About You
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will have a proven and successful commercial background in delivering superb customer service. Ideally from a retail, sales or contact centre background, you will have the ability to juggle multiple issues whilst being perceptive of customer needs. You will possess superb communication skills, both verbal and written, combined with a high level of listening skills. This role will involve shift patterns and some weekend work.
