Located in the heart of Newstead, Mercedes-Benz Brisbane is seeking a Valet for a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a valet, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service from start to finish. If you're passionate about customer satisfaction and have a knack for organisation, we want you on our team
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Locating and moving vehicles around the building as required
- Assisting customers as a first point of contact for all queries
- Booking relevant transportation for customers as required
- Escalation of complaints promptly to ensure swift resolution
- Liaising with service advisors to support in day-to-day operations
**About You**:
- Exceptional customer service and presentation at all times
- High level of organisational skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport and handle customer complaints as required
- Valid QLD Driver's License
- Demonstrated luxury hotel experience highly desirable
