We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced Retail Manager to join CBRE’s high-performing team, working across the ISPT portfolio. This Sydney-based role primarily supports two vibrant metro centres in the CBD and Newtown, with additional involvement at two suburban centres. You'll partner closely with our Centre and Portfolio Managers to ensure each asset delivers an exceptional experience for retailers, customers and the client.

**Here’s a snapshot of your role**:

- Support day-to-day operations including tenant liaison, lease compliance, arrears, reporting and budgeting
- Build strong relationships with retailers, service providers and key stakeholders
- Assist with lease administration, tenancy schedules, and sales/insurance tracking
- Identify opportunities for casual leasing and local revenue growth initiatives
- Ensure operational standards, safety and presentation across all assets are upheld

**About You**
- You have a background in retail property or shopping centre management
- Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act and an understanding of retail leases is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across assets
- A real estate licence or certificate is required
