Requirements:
Our tilers are required to read plans and specifications, lay a range of materials such as tiles of ceramic, clay, slate, marble and glass, floor tiles of travertine, granolithic, terrazzo, cement or similar composition.
Punctuality, enthusiasm, ability to work independently, and finish your work to a high standard will be recognized.

**Skills**:Australian certificate III or equivalent plus 2 years
- experience. Alternatively, 3 years relevant industry experience.
Living in Australia and can start immediately.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carryout measurements, calculate quantities
- Mark out surfaces and lay out the work
- Read and understand plans and specifications.
- Remove old tiles, grout and adhesive and prepare walls and floor for new tiles as required
- Level the floor with proper sand cement screeding using screeding/levelling tools.
- Use tile cutter/grinder to cut and shape tiles required for edges and corners, and around objects such as fittings and pipes.
- Use wall and floor tiling materials, equipment and tools.
- Supervise juniors and OH&S at the site
