We are looking at recruiting an experienced retail manager for our new Surf, Snow & Skate store based in Richmond. You will have a passion for outdoor products including surf and snow.

**About the Role**

**Key responsibilities, but not limited to**:

- Customer service face to face, assisting customers with product enquiries
- Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
- Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
- Maintain stock and store operations

**Qualifications**
- High school education or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience in a management role
- Computer skills (Gmail, excel, word, online platforms)
- Fluent English
- Customer-centric with a positive attitude
