**Description**:
About the Role

An opportunity has just become available at our Kadina branch - this diverse role is essential for the smooth day to day running of our branch - responsible for leading and enhancing our Service team by driving performance, inclusive culture and growth, as well as acting as a key point of escalation for our customers.

This full-time opportunity is ideal for those with leadership and management experience across the Automotive, Truck, Mining or Agricultural industry. You will offer a good understanding of customer perspective and have a proven capability to build solid relationships in the community.

Experience with tractors or Agricultural equipment is not required for this position. We are interested in speaking to hands on, customer centric leaders who understand a workshop environment and are keen to implement new processes to help continue the growth at the branch.

Essential Experience

Previous experience in leading teams and managing people in a Trade or Service environment
Exceptional customer support focus
Sound time management and organisational skills
Ability to solve problems and develop innovative solutions
Current Australian Drivers Licence
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
