**About the role**

Liebherr-Australia is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic person to join our Production Scheduling Team. Reporting to the Production Scheduling Manager the role is responsible for the provision of efficient Production Scheduling on an 8-week rolling Production Horizon, Coordination and Administrative Services to Remanufacturing and its Customers.

**Duties**:

- Develop and manage rolling 8-week production schedule in line with available resource and capacity
- Develop and manage rolling 8-week WIP production schedules for internal and external operations, including re-prioritisation due to demand and material changes
- Take an active role in the day-to-day management of Remanufacturing production adherence and obtainment of planned production, coordinating stakeholders to ensure execution to plan without slippage
- Provide operational support to external sub-contractors for repair execution, scope of works, repair times and escalations/prioritisation and re-prioritisation
- Detailed Production Order management for inventory, including routing (operation) and sub-con allocation
- Facilitate allocations, actioning factory core returns for rotable component repair items for long lead rotable items
- Escalation points for expediting critical component shortage(s), responding accordingly for providing prompt solutions and timeline to support customer requirements
- Manage the provision of effective administrative services

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience within a planning or scheduling is essential
- Knowledge of material resource planning (MRP) and inventory control as applied in a job shop manufacturing environment is highly desirable
- Experience working with the planning and/or manufacturing modules of an ERP system is highly desirable
- Experience and understanding in inventory management, purchasing and procurement is highly desirable
- Experience in rotable pool and service exchange programs is highly desirable
