**Our opportunity**:
As an **essential services** worker your role will be vital, and we’d love for you to be part of the team. We are currently seeking an experienced **Cafe Team Leader **to manage our team within the Café at the **Lifehouse Hospital **in **Camperdown**.

**This full-time role will work across Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, so you’ll get your weekends back**

**Key responsibilities will also include**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Cafe
- Supervise and allocate tasks to our front of house staff, ensuring that procedures are being followed
- Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming style of service to all customers
- Rostering of Café staff
- Work effectively in a close-knit team, leading by example

**About you**:

- Experience in a hospitality leadership role
- Ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
- Experience with rostering of staff
- Flexible approach and attitude towards work
- Provide or be willing to obtain a COVID vaccination certificate with booster dose, working with children check and a National police clearance
