Established in 2018, ARH Canberra has grown to a vibrant hospital of over 130 staff, while still retaining a fun, close-knit and family atmosphere. If you desire to play a critical role in the continued success of a state-of-the-art, innovative and well-respected specialist and emergency hospital, then this is the role for you.
We seek a passionate and enthusiastic Business Manager for our hospital. As an integral leadership team member, the business manager will be responsible for business development, strategy, and operational and financial management, working closely with shareholders, specialist veterinarians, hospital veterinarians, nurses, technical staff and support teams.
Business manager responsibilities include:
- Financial leadership, reporting and P&L responsibilities for the hospital, including annual budgeting
- Leading and building teams of industry leading veterinarians and nurses.
- Project management within the hospital
- Business strategic planning and execution
- Relationship building with our valued referring veterinarians
- Marketing and promotional coordination
- Liaising with other hospital managers to ensure appropriate alignment and promotion of the business group to maximise efficiency, profitability and productivity
