Barista/café All-rounder

Our brand-new, family-operated Italian bakery/cafe is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista/Cafè All-Rounder to join our team

**About the Role**:
We're seeking a versatile individual who can handle a variety of tasks with a positive attitude. Your primary responsibility will be crafting coffees, but you'll also be an integral part of our front-of-house team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve coffees.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Accurately process transactions and manage cash.
- Serve pastries, cakes, and other delicious treats.
- Prepare and serve a variety of cold drinks.
- Maintain a clean and organised coffee station and front-of-house area.
- Deliver orders to tables as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a barista.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle cash and use a POS system.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility with hours.

**Hours**:

- Part-time to start, with potential for increased hours as the business grows.
- The shift would be from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (WED-SUN), however this could change depending on how the business unfolds.
