**Role Purpose**

To establish and implement pricing refinements to optimise business outcomes, including maintaining adequate rate strength across each line of business.

**Skills, Knowledge and Attributes**
- Advanced level analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to make timely and effective decisions
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.

**Experience**
- At least six years' of General Insurance pricing experience
- Experience in setting and implementing pricing strategies that have improved business outcomes

**Qualifications**
- A degree in a numerate discipline; Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial, Machine Learning.
- National Police Clearance
